Woof Cleaner: Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Woof Cleaner ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

What the App Does

Woof Cleaner is a Mac utility that helps you free up disk space by removing caches, temporary files, logs, and other non-essential data. The App identifies files it considers safe to remove and lets you choose which cleanup tasks to run.

Use at Your Own Risk

The App deletes files from your computer. While we design every cleanup task to target only non-essential files, we cannot guarantee that removing any file will not affect your system, applications, or workflows.

You are solely responsible for:

• Deciding which cleanup tasks to run
• Maintaining backups of any data you consider important
• Understanding what each cleanup task does before running it

We strongly recommend keeping a current backup of your Mac (for example via Time Machine) before using the App.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Woof Cleaner and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Loss of profits or revenue
• System downtime or damage
• Cost of recovering lost data
• Any other losses arising from your use of the App

This applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Operations Requiring Admin Privileges

Certain cleanup tasks require administrator privileges and are clearly marked in the App. By entering your admin password you authorize the App to perform those operations. We are not responsible for any consequences of running admin-level cleanup tasks.

Risky Operations

Some tasks are flagged as "risky" within the App (for example, purging inactive memory or rebuilding the Spotlight index). These operations may temporarily affect system performance or behavior. You acknowledge the warnings and accept the risk when choosing to run them.

Subscriptions and Payments

Woof Cleaner Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing you also agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Free trial terms, pricing, and duration are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

Third-Party Software

The App may use third-party libraries and tools. These components are subject to their own licenses and terms. We are not responsible for any third-party software included in or used by the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
